The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

We conducted an Australia-wide tour to meet a range of NDIS Participants, Partners and Providers. Conducting interviews to understand the diversity of NDIS experiences within the Scheme, and to test the usability of interactive wireframe-prototypes and content pathways. Followed by designing an on-brand website and extended design systems that meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 AA principals.
