Design, prototyping and usability testing for Cancer Institute NSW

A people-first approach to design and research

Designed the customer experience for the iCanQuit app and website, aligning it with a research-backed behavioural framework informed by behavioural science, therapeutic models and research insights.

Created the app and UX/UI, translating the strategy into clickable Figma prototypes for one-on-one moderated usability testing interviews with NSW citisens on their quit journey.

Key features included a behaviour tracker and daily check-in system, designed to encourage reflection, support habit change and reinforce positive progress over time.
